Mangolian Beef



Mangolian beef
Beef sliced 2lb
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1.5 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Pepper flakes 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Oil
In a large pan, fry chopped ginger garlic untill brown.
Add soy sauce 1/5 cup water and brown sugar, boil for for about 2 min. Set it aside
Cook the beef with 1tsp -2tsp black pepper. Coat with cornflour. Deep fry the coated beef untill sides are brown.
Add the beef in to the sauce mixture and coat well add pepper flakes and mix well.
